Principles and eligibility criteria’s of Agile certification

Agile is an application that makes use of organizational models based on people and shared values. There are many Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Lean and so on. Agile principles and practices are highly important when it comes to project management. On taking up the Agile training and Agile certification it is good to know about the principles of Agile. The Agile principles include early measurable return through defined, iterative delivery of product increments. It also includes continuous involvement of the customer throughout the product development cycle. It also focused on reduced product and process waste. The major focus on Agile principles is to manage changes through flexibility, adaptation and direct communication.
When it comes to taking up the Agile training as well as the Agile certification, the first thing that you need to understand is the pre-requisites. Without it, taking up the course would be a bit useless as you will not be permitted to take up the Agile certification exam until you satisfy all the pre-requisites. There are two major institutes that are providing this Agile certification as well as Agile training. They also provide the Agile course material which will be very useful for reference for taking up the Agile certification exam and also for later reference.
In this Agile training, you will be taught to create simple, powerful and visible tracking reports using Agile. This Agile works on iterative and incremental principle, which means at the approach of implementing the work in successive pieces and at the same time gradually refining the work through targeted improvements. The major advantage in Agile is that this Agile principles can be adapted to suit any organization and industry that follow waterfall principle. Since the clients started to see and feel the values of Agile principles, the usage of Agile grew more. This lead to the development of PMI’s Agile certification.
PMI also has helped the growth of knowledge for the Agile practitioners over the years. This Agile course and Agile training followed by the Agile certification recognizes practitioners for their understanding of Agile principles. Anyone who wishes to take up the Agile training as well as Agile certification, apart from knowing the basics of Agile principles and processes with the help of Agile course guide should also be aware of the eligibility requirements before even taking up the Agile training as this would prove useless if you are not satisfying the norms and you will not be allowed to appear for the Agile certification exam.
The eligibility norms for taking up Agile training and the Agile certification is classified in to three categories. First comes the experience eligibility requirement. Then educational eligibility requirement and finally there is something called CCR which is Continuing Certification Requirements. This CCR is a kind of an agreement which on clearing the Agile training as well the Agile certification exam successfully, you need to sign this stating that you abide by the Agile training principles and only then you can become a proud owner of the Agile certification.
